My ROle
My role was turning abstract ideals into clear, actionable criteria.
What I owned:
Partnered with stakeholders to define design tenets
Synthesized team inputs and research insights
Structured them into a usable evaluation framework
Ensured it could be applied consistently across projects
The Approach
We explored how design contributes to business outcomes by interviewing stakeholders, surveys, and analyzing ongoing projects. From these insights, we developed a design philosophy and a framework to implement and practical tools that link design quality with quantifiable outcomes.
The Outcome
A set of shared standards & scoring mechanism to objectively score projects and identify gaps.
